Partners launch with Thermalist Method which is the adaptation program that brings beginners to adapted in a safe and beneficial way. Connect is our second program. All programs runs in two delivery modes — so your Thermalist certified staff can lead sessions or let Dr. Søberg guide members directly through the sound experience.

Designed for long-term outcomes
Developed through more than 15 years of scientific research and practical work within human physiology, metabolism, nervous system regulation and Nordic contrast therapy, the Thermalist® Recovery System is designed around long-term behavioural and recovery outcomes, not momentary exposure.
Following years of Thermalist® instructor certification and real-world implementation, the first recovery formats - Thermalist Method and Connect+ are live. These have been structured, tested and refined to create repeatable experiences designed to support regulation, engagement, safety and long-term return behaviour.
As a scientist, the short and long-term human outcomes remain the central focus behind the system’s continued evolution.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes — the equipment is only half the outcome. Structure, sequencing and guidance are what create habits and drive return visits. Most venues have the hardware but leave the behavioural value on the table.
A minimum of 2 Thermalist Certified Instructor per location depending on usage is required. Formats are designed for both guided and self-guided delivery. Staff are trained and certified — but the guided sound experience means sessions can run with minimal staff time once implemented.
You apply, we assess operational fit together, and if aligned we move into implementation planning. The process is collaborative.
Partners typically see increased visit frequency, improved retention of wellness members, and new revenue from premium session or membership pricing. Outcomes depend on implementation quality — which is why we work closely with each partner.
